Change over day The changeover day for this Pula property family accommodation is Saturday. There is some flexibility in quieter periods so please ask. Guests must vacate the villa by 09.00 am on the day of departure to allow cleaners access to prepare for incoming guests. Arrival is not before 4.00pm. Notes on Cleaning The Pula villa is cleaned before your arrival and upon departure. All linen and towels are provided for a 1 week stay. For stays over a week you can request an extra clean mid-stay should you require it. Any extra cleans and laundry changes are 80 euro .High chairs and cots available FREE OF CHARGE. 4 bedroom Istrian villa for rent near Pula Villa Cassonni near Pula has 3 double bedrooms and 1 children's room with bunk beds and the Pula villa can sleep up to 4 children. Villa Cassonni has its own 7m x 5m pool and it also has use of a shared tennis court. The Pula villa is available for summer family holiday rent and as the villa has air conditioning and also a log fire and radiators the villa is available during the Autumn, winter and Spring making this a great year round destination. The international airport at Pula is just a 15 minute drive from the villa.
The living room area of the Pula villa has a large L-shaped sofa, DVD/CD player and satellite TV system. There is also a traditional style Istrian fireplace for those winter months and a hot and cold air conditioning unit. The open plan kitchen/dining room has a terracotta tiled floor and a large dining table with seating for 6. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher There is a separate utility room and 1 double bedroom on the ground floor with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space Upstairs in the villa there are 2 further double rooms and a large children's bedroom. The Pula villas master bedroom has a four-poster bed and both double rooms have large wardrobes and access to the upstairs balcony. Bedroom four, the children's bedroom is a large room with bunk beds and a single bed. The upstairs bathroom of the Pula holiday accommodation has WC, washbasin, bidet and a 2 person Jacuzzi bath with shower over. The Pula house has air conditioning on the ground floor with additional room fans.
Outside the Pula villa. Double doors lead out onto the covered terrace area with outdoor table and chairs that can accommodate up to 10 people. There is a large stone BBQ which is great for dining al fresco. Down a few steps you’ll find your private child-friendly pool. The Pula family holiday accommodation is ideal for small families, 2 families sharing or for small groups. For the best pizza in the area try Girotondo open from 5am -2 am daily and weekends from 5am - 4 am. Girotondo it is located on the main roundabout as you enter Vodnjan ,50 meters from the train station. For those lucky enough to live here in Istria the restaurant also cater for children's parties. They will also deliver to the villa and the telephone number is 00385 52 511120.The Nearest The village of Fazana is 8km away from the accommodation and it has the nearest beach (pebble) and as well as bars and restaurants, it is the only place to catch a boat to the island of Brijuni, which was President Tito's summer residence, it has two museums, a church, zoo and the oldest olive tree in Croatia. Porec hosts concerts in the Basilica of Euphrasius from July to mid September. Rovinj is further along the coast, with it's distinctive and beautiful hill top Cathedral is well worth a visit. It's cobbled streets are home to many bars, restaurants and locally crafted art. It's Art Programme runs during the second half of September. Also, in May there is the Rovinj-Pesaro-Roninj Regatta. In Barban, on the first Sunday in August is the Trka na prstenac, Jousting Tournament. In Vodnjan, in August is the Festival of the Bumbari (Bumble Bee). The Limski Canal is situated between Pula and Rovinj, it is possible to catch a boat from either of these places and sail through the canal. There are a couple of restaurants, wooded walks and a small beach area. There are many festivals including the Pula Opera Festival which runs from June throughout the summer, the International Festival of Theatre from Mid July to Mid August, and the International Music Festival runs during the first half of November.
The Pula family holiday house is just a 10 - 15 minute drive from Pula airport, which is serviced by Ryan Air, Thomson fly, Monarch and Croatian Airlines. Easyjet also fly to Zagreb which is a 3 hour drive from Pula. It is also possible to arrive in Pula, Porec and Rovinj by ferry from Venice, or Trieste airport in Italy which is 2 hours by car.
