During the main summer months when the property is being rented out we will be there to meet your guests and welcome them to your rented property. We will issue them with spare keys, give them a tour of the property and make sure that they are comfortable. When it is time for their vacation to be over we arrange with them to collect the keys.

By holding your keys we are able to perform an inspection and airing of the apartment or villa twice a month throughout the year this will involve. Running taps, flushing taps, watering any interior plants, maintaining water and electric supply. Checking all post, (see post for more information) and dealing with all relevant companies in case of disconnection or any irregularities with the apartment or villa / house.

In the case of storms, the property will be inspected immediately by us, and any storm damage will be documented and photographed and will be dealt with accordingly. You and the insurance company will be notified.

Informing you of any major repairs necessary and we will only take action on owners instructions. Digital photography will be provided

We will arrange any  quotes from plumbers, electricians , carpenters or builders for any of the properties running repairs or improvements to the Villa or Apartment

Completing police reports on your behalf in case of burglary for insurance companies.

Offer you and your clients assistance in case of medical problems.

Provide a 24 hour contact telephone number for all guests

Supply all properties with emergency telephone numbers
